Copyright and License Statement

Authors who publish with the Journal of Educational and Pedagogical Research (JEPR) retain the copyright to their work. JEPR is granted the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and make the article publicly available as part of the journal.

The copyright statement used in published articles is:

Copyright Notice

Copyright of each article remains with the author(s). By publishing in JEPR, the author(s) grant the journal the right of first publication and authorize Creative Smart Visionary, as the publisher, to publish and disseminate the article in electronic and other appropriate formats.

Authors may enter into additional non-exclusive arrangements for the distribution of the published version of their work, such as depositing the article in an institutional repository, personal website, academic repository, or including it in subsequent scholarly works, provided that the original publication in the Journal of Educational and Pedagogical Research (JEPR) is properly acknowledged.

Author Warranties

By submitting a manuscript to JEPR, the author(s) affirm that:

Third-Party Material

The CC BY 4.0 license applies to the article as published by JEPR unless otherwise indicated. Material contained within an article that is owned by a third party may be subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions. Authors are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for the inclusion and publication of such material.

 

Co-Authorship

For manuscripts with multiple authors, the corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have approved the submitted and final versions of the manuscript, agree to its publication in JEPR, and accept the copyright and licensing terms stated on this page.

 

Editorial and Publication Rights

JEPR and Creative Smart Visionary may make editorial, stylistic, grammatical, and formatting modifications necessary to prepare accepted manuscripts for publication, provided that such modifications do not alter the substantive scholarly meaning of the work without the authors' approval.

Following completion of the editorial and peer-review process, accepted articles are published as open access content and made freely available to readers under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
