Primary Education Insight applies a fully open-access publishing model and does not charge any fees for manuscript submission or peer review.

All articles published in Primary Education Insight are freely and permanently accessible to readers worldwide, in accordance with the journal’s commitment to open science and the broad dissemination of scholarly knowledge.

Article Processing Charges (APCs) are applied only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication and are used exclusively to support essential publication services, including copyediting and DOI registration.

The APC policy is as follows:

• No APC is charged for manuscripts submitted up to 31 December 2025.

• For manuscripts submitted from January 2026 onwards, the APC rates are:

  • IDR 100,000 for authors based in Indonesia

  • USD 10 for international authors, excluding applicable taxes

There are no fees at any stage of the submission or peer-review process.

Authors who are unable to pay the APC may request a full or partial waiver. Waiver requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are made in accordance with the journal’s commitment to equity, inclusivity, and academic integrity. Financial limitations will not prevent the publication of high-quality scholarly work.
